2004年7月毕业于东北财经大学，获得管理学博士学位。瑞士洛桑大学访问学者、美国伊利诺伊大学访问学者。中国会计学会财务成本分会常务理事，副秘书长；全国会计领军（后备）人才。意大利罗马大学公共管理与治理博士项目组专家。
