姜嬿

姜嬿(Jiang Yan Jane),南京大学商学院工商管理系副教授,香港中文大学管理学博士(2010),中国人民大学管理学硕士(2006)、学士(2004)。密歇根大学、俄亥俄州立大学访问学者(2010),亚利桑那州立大学访问学者(2014)。研究领域为组织行为学,研究兴趣包括组织公民行为,新员工组织社会化,领导,情绪和团队冲突等。主持国家自然科学基金课题一项。担任国际期刊Journal of Organizational Behavior, Leadership Quarterly, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Asia Pacific Journal of Management (APJM)等评审委员会成员,国际会议Annual meeting of The Academy of Management(AOM), International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR)评审委员。
