His extensive research has been published in several leading academic journals, includingthe Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS), Strategic Management Journal (SMJ) and Journal of Comparative Economics. Prof.Bu currently serves as an editor for Business and Society and Journal of International Management. Furthermore, Prof. Bu is also the Vice Presidentfor PACE (Professional Association for China's Environment), and an affiliated researcher at Copenhagen Business School. He has held postdoc/visiting professor positions at various renowned universities such as University of Goettingen, University of Wuerzburg, University of Gothenburg, University of Groningen, and Western University (Ivey Business School).
