王全胜，软件工程硕士，企业管理博士，南京大学商学院副院长、教授、博士生导师。目前主要研究领域包括电子商务、商务智能、网络营销。主持5项国家自然科学基金项目和10余项大型企业信息系统开发与电子商务应用咨询项目，已经在Production and Operations Management、Information & Management、Journal of the Association for Information Systems、Journal of Strategic Information Systems、Journal Organizational Computing and Electronic Commerce、Journal of Electronic Commerce Research、Electronic Markets、Journal of Organization and End User Computing、管理科学学报、经济管理等国内外期刊发表论文30余篇，曾获得国家级优秀教学成果奖二等奖、南京大学杜厦奖教金、南京大学商学院教学奖、本科教学一等奖等。
