Personal Profile

Jane Yan Jiang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Nanjing University’s School of Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Management from Renmin University of China, with visiting scholar experience at Arizona State University, Ohio State University, and the University of Michigan. Her research focuses on organizational behavior and social innovation, particularly new employee socialization, leadership, workplace emotions, team dynamics, and conflict resolution. She has led two National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)-funded projects and published extensively in top-tier journals such as the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and the Journal of Vocational Behavior. Actively engaged in academic service, she serves on the editorial boards of the Leadership Quarterly and Asia Pacific Journal of Management, reviews for major conferences including AOM and IACMR, and holds roles as Executive Editor of the Nanjing Business Review and Academic Advisor to the Stanford Social Innovation Review (SSIR).
