Moyu Liao obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Hong Kong in 2015. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2021 with a Ph.D. in Economics.
His research focuses on econometrics and structural estimation of economic models. His work focuses on the connection between theoretical econometric models and empirical setting. Most of his research are closely related to industrial organization problems.
