Ph.D. Supervisor, Department of Accounting     

Wang Yuetang, Ph.D. in Management, is currently a professor, Ph.D. Supervisor and Dean of the School of Management at Nanjing University Business School. He is a CPA, a Distinguished Professor of Chang Jiang Scholar selected by the Ministry of Education (2012), and a member of the Disciplinary Reviewer Committee of the National Social Science Foundation of China. He had been a visiting scholar and conducted research at Cornell University and other schools. He is also the Vice President of Jiangsu Province Accounting Community; Vice President of the Jiangsu Auditing Society, and Executive Director of China Association of Empirical Accounting. 

He has published more than 60 papers in well-known international journals, such as Accounting HorizonsJournal of International Accounting ResearchJournal of Accounting, Auditing and FinanceThe International Journal of Accounting as well as many important domestic journals like Economic Research, Management World, Journal of Management Science, China Industrial Economy, Financial Research, Accounting Research, Audit Research, China Accounting and Finance Research, Economic Science and Research on Finance and Economics. 

He has presided over several projects given by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education's 15th Planning Project, and the key subjects on Accounting given by the Ministry of Finance. Professor Wang has received scientific research awards from three main academic groups in China's accounting academic fields, including the Accounting Society of China, the Accounting Professors Association of China, and the Chinese Institute of Finance and Cost for Young and Mid-Career Professionals.
