Song Zhe, Professor of the Business School of Nanjing University, Ph.D. (2008) and Postdoctoral Researcher(2009) both in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa, is an Associate Editor for the internationally renowned journal IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Transactions on Sustainable Energy(Impact factor 6.35). He is also a member of the editorial board of IEEE Power Engineering Society Letters and Industrial Engineering & Management. During his studies in the United States, he participated in dozens of research projects in systems, manufacturing, energy, medical data mining &decision-making optimization, which were funded by well-known American companies and institutions. These companies and institutions include Iowa Energy Center, John Deere, MidAmerican Energy, IAWIND, UIHC. In the research direction of big data analytics and management decision optimization, more than 30 papers have been published in high impact factor journals (both indexed by SCI and EI, cited more than 1800 times; ESI highly cited paper for 8 years), served as Reviewers of several leading international journals, such as IEEE Trans. Industrial Informatics, European Journal of Operational Research, IEEE Trans. Industrial Electronics, IEEE Trans. Systems, Man, and Cybernetics; INFORMS, ISEC, IEEE Association.
