Jiang Yan (Jane), associate professor in Department of Business Administration of Nanjing University Business School, Ph.D. in Management Science of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (2010), Master(2006) and Bachelor(2004) of Management in Renmin University of China, visiting scholar at the University of Michigan, Ohio State University (2010), visiting scholar at Arizona State University (2014). Her research interests include organizational behavior, newcomer organizational socialization, leadership, emotions, and social innovation. She is the primary investigator of two projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She serves as a reviewer for international journals like Journal of Organizational Behavior, Leadership Quarterly, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Asia Pacific Journal of Management (APJM), and International Conferences such as the Academy of Management (AOM) and International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR).
