Xu Kaiquan is currently a Professor at the Department of Marketing and E-commerce, Nanjing University Business School. He received his Ph.D. in Information Systems from City University of Hong Kong and his BS and MS in Computer Science from the Ocean University of China and Beijing Institute of Technology respectively.
His research has been published in several leading journals such as Management Science (MS) and INFORMS Journal On Computing (JOC). He has been awarded the title of Youth Yangtze River Scholar by the Ministry of Education and Young Talents by Ten Thousand Talent Plan and presided over the Excellent Youth Project by the Natural Science Foundation of China. Before joining NUJBS, Prof. Xu worked as an R&D engineer at the Oracle China R&D Center and received the Best Quarterly Employee Award from the Oracle R&D Center.
