袁涛，南京大学商学院会计系副教授，博士生导师。主要研究领域为可持续金融，包括创新管理，ESG，和信息披露，研究发表在Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis; Production and Operations Management等期刊上。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目，江苏省社会科学基金青年项目，参与国家自然科学基金重点项目和面上项目。主要负责本科生《财务管理》和专硕的《ESG与可持续金融》教学工作。此外，他受邀担任教育部学位论文评审专家，国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家，他还是全球特许金融分析师（CFA）持证人，担任多个国内外期刊审稿人，包括Management Science, Production and Operations Management，Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Empirical Finance等。
