邵昱琛，江苏无锡人，南京大学商学院国际经济贸易系副教授、硕士生导师。江苏省世界经济协会理事、CSSCI来源期刊《南大商学评论》执行编委、国家自然科学基金项目同行评议专家。
2008年7月获清华大学经济管理学院经济学学士学位，2009年12月获美国科罗拉多大学博尔德校区经济学硕士学位，2014年5月获美国科罗拉多大学博尔德校区经济学博士学位。2010年至2013年间任职美国科罗拉多大学博尔德校区兼职讲师。2014年9月至今任职于南京大学经济学院。
主要研究内容为国际贸易、发展经济学、公共财政学。研究成果发表于《经济研究》、Journal of Comparative Economics、Review of International Economics、Journal of Accounting and Public Policy和The World Economy等国内外知名期刊。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项、国家社会科学基金青年项目一项。
