陈冬华

陈冬华，教授、博士生导师，教育部长江学者奖励计划特聘教授（2013/2014），主要研究领域为中国文化视角下的治理学、经济学与会计学，曾任南京大学商学院会计学系主任、南京大学社会科学处处长。在《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《文学研究》、《管理科学学报》、《中国工业经济》、《会计学季刊》、《会计研究》、《会计与经济研究》、《金融研究》、《南开管理评论》、《世界经济》、The Accounting Review、Journal of International Business Studies、Journal of Banking and Finance、Journal of Corporate Finance、Journal of Business Finance and Accounting等中外学术期刊发表论文100余篇，出版著作3部，财政部首届会计学术领军人物（2012），江苏省十大杰出青年（2014），国家社科基金重大项目首席专家（2023），《会计学季刊》创刊共同主编，China Journal of Accounting Research、China Journal of Accounting Studies、China Finance Review International、The Japanese Accounting Review副主编，中国会计学会会计基础理论委员会副主任委员，十三届全国青联常委。
