姜嬿(Jiang Yan Jane),南京大学商学院工商管理系副教授,香港中文大学管理学博士,中国人民大学管理学学士及硕士。亚利桑那州立大学、俄亥俄州立大学、密歇根大学等访问学者。研究领域为组织行为学和组织社会创新,研究兴趣包括新员工组织社会化,社会创新,领导力,工作场所的情绪和团队冲突等。主持国家自然科学基金课题两项。研究成果发表在Journal of Organizational Behavior,Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Resource Management等国内外期刊上。担任国际期刊Journal of Organizational Behavior, Leadership Quarterly, Asia Pacific Journal of Management等期刊评审委员会成员,国际会议Annual meeting of The Academy of Management(AOM), International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR)评审委员。《南大商学评论》执行编辑,《斯坦福社会创新评论》(SSIR)学术顾问。
