Dr. Xueling Fanis currently an Assistant Researcher in the School of Business at Nanjing University. She received her Ph.D. in Management from Renmin University of China (2019).
Her research interests include human resource management and organizational behavior. She is a member of the Academy of Management (AOM) and the International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR).
